  1. That totaly depends on your commitment to the program.

My son went to Guthrie OK. He had his GED ( screwed around to much in School) then He just sat around for about 4 years. So he tried to join the Military, He had an Arrest and a GED. So they said NO. maybe after college or something like that. So he went to JOBCORPS stayed for 7 Months and Completed His Program, 2 months later He went to boot camp, after that to A school, Then another Tranning, Then His station - Then Kuwait , then back home,  next month Deago Garcia.  He is Married now ( thats another night mare) but You tell Me - How Successful IS JobCorps.

  2. You get what you put in. If you dont work hard you wont get very much at all.

  3. I went to Job Corps when I was 16... I found that the training they gave me was not sufficient to prepare me for employment in the field i was trying to enter, and there was no job placement.  i finished the electrician's helper program with good grades, but there were no jobs available in that field when i graduated, so i never got a job in that field.  i did learn how to do electrical work though, and this has served me well when fixing things around the house.
