How successful is laser tattoo removal?

It's really come a long way!  There are several different kinds of lasers now and each is successful at removing different colors of tattoo ink. The newish q-switched ruby laser removes all but reds and doesn't change the skin texture (scar) at all. Some of the others remove reds but will leave a slight orange-peel texture. Good luck :)
