A credit card company disclosed detail about my husbands credit card to his mother (not a reference or on the account). They disclosed how many months past due, when we made the last payment and the amount we owed. Is this worth pursuing or should I just let it go? The debt is only $350, but this is a moral issue for me. Should I get a lawyer?

  1. Pay it off, destroy the card and never deal with them again.

  2. Get a lawyer and sue, they had no right to do that!
