How surprising is it that the West Indies are undefeated after group stage? Not too many would have expected them to defeat England.

Not massively surprising. The Windies and England are teams of roughly equal ability, and the other team in the group are a bit irrelevant

The more predictable result would have been England moving through Group D undefeated, but the Duckworth/Lewis method controversially put paid to that.
