How swipe my entire pc clean?

I got a spyware on my PC which is diguising itself as a virus protection and I just want to clean out the whole PC because I've tried to configure it and it won't delete off my programs. PLEASE I beg you HELP!

You have been Infected by Windows Antivius 2008. Type that into the answers search page. There's a utube video as well but l didn't copy the link. It's the malware trogen zlob.  The software you need to take it out is Malwarebytes by ms. Just google it to find the download.  Don't listen to those antivius solutions.

Sometimes theres some virues you can't get off your computer i had one one time and i had to format my hard drive and put a fresh copy of windows on it. If you Can't get the virus off your computer you should backup all your files and put a fresh copy of windows on it.

You do not want to "wipe your PC" you just want to remove the virus / spy ware.

restart your computer in safe mode and scan with both.
