How tall are regular dining, counter height, and bar height tables?

I am just curious what the difference in height between the three table sizes is.

  1. The standard table is about 30" tall (with some minor variants), and the standard chair is 18" at the seat ( a 12" difference).

    Counter-top height is 6" higher than this.

    Barstool is another 6" higher

    There are lots of individual variants, but this is what most of them are.


  2. There are variants but it goes from the old lines

    bar at elbow, stools at the waist and table at the hips.
