  1. nope! as long as you got talent and what they're lookin 4!!! look at kristin chenoweth!!! She's just under 5 ft. and is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!

  2. uhm. no. there are no requirements...

as long as you can ACT and SING you can do it.

casting directors aren't going to say "OMG she's the best actor/singer we've seen...but shes so tall...lets take the crappier person"

and 5'10'' really isn't that bad by the way

  3. 5'10'...try Las Vagas...No, seriously..Most broadway dancers are not so tall, but there are always exceptions. Janice Jamison is 6' & Tommy Tunes is more than 6'6'.

  4. Most men are over six foot, so your height doesn't matter at all....unless the leading man is five foot two.....but your odds of that are about the same as getting a tall leading men...  most of the women in my family are five foot eight and taller, the tallest being five foot eleven !!!!! Most producers and directors love tall women....so go for it.....and good luck to you !!!!!!!!!!

  5. 5'10" is at the shorter end of the "tall women" category.  Many directors will have you dancing in heels on stage.  What a nice height.  Watch out for the haters

  6. Tommy Tune is 6'6" tall - one of the tallest performers ever on Broadway.  Google his biography to learn more about him.
