Yup all above Genes and eating right while your maturing make sure you get all the vitamins such as protein and calcium.

If you can find out what hight you were at age two you can get a good idea of how tall you will get when your full grown. Just double whatever height your were at two and thats pretty accurate, doctors even use that to speculate on a childs adult height.

You're only 14 and therefore have plenty of time to grow.

Based on your parents height, i would say between 5"8-5"9. Could be taller than 5"9 though, its good to look at your cousins, uncles and grandparents to get a good indicator of height. If you've had recent foot size increase, hands got bigger, longer arms, weight gain, then you've probably already started your growth spurt!

It depends i doubt you will get much taller than your dad if you eat healthily,have plenty of sleep and exercise you may get up to 6ft

you will probably grow to be about 5'6 or 5'7 a lot of times kids grow to be in between there parents heights or just the same height as one of them.
