You will have to be more specific as to what group of people you are considering.  Tall for the San might be 5f6, while in Germany it might be 6f9, for instance.

Dwarfism and giantism are not really determined on height alone.  There are other obvious physical abnormalities that go along with the conditions.  A person could be extremely short (or tall) and if there facial/cranial and extremities and digit measurements are of proper proportion then they wouldn't fall into these categories.

Most Little people, as dwarfs prefer to be called (call them a midget and see what happens!) consider 4 feet to be the cut-off line.  Anyone under, is, over, is not.
