  1. you couldn't even reach the footpegs it sounds like you should be on a 65 or in preshcool just kidding you should get an 85 wait awhile before you get a bike that size so you won't get hurt

  2. this site has great specs for motorcycles.  compare your inseam length to the height of the bike.

The best thing is to actually sit on a bike to see whether or not your feet will touch.

  3. go to a dealer and sit on one to see if you will fit. yes people , it's just that easy!!

  4. a 125 is way to big if your under 4 feet, a 85cc is the way to go. it also depends on how stong you are, if you think your strong enough to handle a bigger bike then go ahead and get a 125.

  5. you should get an yz85 it is shorter but still has tons of power

  6. A CR125 would be too tall for you. The CRF150R would be a much better choice.

  7. noooooooooooo that is to big for you try a honda 90 4 stroke it has close to as much power but it is not as big

  8. You don't say your age so it is hard to give you advice on what bike you should have but at under 4 ft tall you are going to have problems with a 125cc.

Depending upon how old you are if only around 10 to 11 years you could still be in the 65cc class for a few years or perhaps look at the 85cc class or have a look at a crf150r.

You would find it impossible to get a 125cc  off the start grid as I doubt you could touch the ground at all even with the bike lowered and the seat cut down.

Edit:   I think you should give yourself a bit more time to grow before going on to a bigger bike as you really will struggle with a 125cc if under 5ft.

  9. the seat hight ids about 36 inches but it could be lowered to almost 32 inches. But I would go with a 85cc bike.

  10. The 125's you should be about 5'7  atleast. I'm 5'9 and barely flatfoot my kx. All in all, size doesn't really matter. It's if you can handel the bike, and can lean it over until you touch the ground. If your stuck on wether to get a 125 or 85....look into the kx100 or the ktm 110sx. It's inbetween, and great bikes. Then you can skip the 125 and go right to a 250 four stroke. I'd stay away from the 2 strokes if I were you, as I'm trying to but...
