How tall does a child have to to ride the kiddie rides at fairs?

I will be going to the Kentucky State Fair this weekend with my 3 and 2 yr old. I know that the oldest would be tall enough, but not sure about my 2yr old. I can buy tickets in advance at a discounted rate. I just want to know before I buy the tickets.

My 2yr old is 36 1/2 inches tall. North American Midway Entertainment will be providing the rides.

sometimes around 42 inches.

depends on the ride though.

It depends on what kind of ride it is but for most rides that I've been on it always says 42' inches for kids.
