How tall is the world's tallest midiget?

This question was already asked on Yahoo Answers, so I'll basically just repeat what the best answer on that question was...

If you are 4'10" or under you are considered a midget.  So I'm guessing that there is at least one person out there who is 4'10" and is considered a tall midget.

here is a site that says that a midget (and a dwarf) are less than 147cm (which works out to just under 58 inches --4'10")

so the tallest midget would be that tall, and there are surely many.
