How tall should the average freshman be for football reciever?

im 14 and im 5'10 n i weigh about 120 n im wondering if i shuld take a shot @ it!!!! =D

Steve Smith is 5' 9"

and

Terrell Owens is 6' 3"

so.... does it really matter?

  A receiver, no matter their height, can over come their height with their ability to get open and not drop the ball. So instead of worrying about your height, try focusing on two other important characteristics of a good receiver, that is speed and hands.
