How tall will i be as an adult?

Im 13 and 5'4''.My twin is 4'11''.My dad is 6'2''-6-3''.My mom is only 5'2'' My uncles on my dads side are mostly above 6'0''.There are some tall people on my moms side but most of them are about 5'8-9''.Height predictors say ill be 6'0''-6'1''.How tall will i really be?

You'll probably be around 5'11 because even though your mom is kinda short your dad is pretty tall.

You'll be 5'10-6'0".  5'4" at 13 sounds like a good height if you haven't gone through a growth spurt, and you should expect at least 6 inches of growth in that case.  13-14 is when guys start their growth spurts.
