How taller can my friend grow?

Question

my friends internet is not working, so she asked me to ask this.

she is 13 and she 5 feet and 5 inches (5'5"). and she want to be at least 5'7" or 5'8".

she want to grow more, becuse she wants to learn how to swim and she wants to be really good, becuase hight is an advantage, and she wants to learn gymnastics.

she is also wondering if she should grow any taller and how tall should people want her to stop at.

She really wants your help!

hi I'm 5'10 yeah I'm tall.at first i thought i was 6'9 but i ant that's the inches.lol i got mixed up but i think to grow faster u drink milk or something. but i think its how your made u cant change it :)

Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.

Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.

Undoubtedly, the quality, quantity, and type of food we eat affect our height, growth, and health. We cannot emphasize enough how important your food intake is in determining how much growth you can possibly obtain. The types of food you eat will either improve or decrease your growth potential.

Yeah, she can. She is only 13. She should do stretching exercises and swim a lot. Also eat proper diet and sleep at least 8 hours. If she doesn't know how to do stretching exercises, she should read this http://www.squidoo.com/growtall

Shes probably done growing and u cant just "stop" growing when u choose.   I was 5 1 in 5th grade and now at 24 im still 5 1

I was also only 5'5 at 13, now im 14 and im 5'10!!! And guess what, my moms only 5'4 and my dads 5'7 and my sisters 5'5. Its impossible to tell though but children are noramally taller than the parent of the same s*x. So, she will most probably be taller than her mom. The rule of thumb is that you stop growing 1yr after your first period. Its all geneticsso you cant do anything about it, sorry.
