  2. The players are eligible to compete at the Olympics based on their rankings, but the team captains do have the final say when it comes to naming the squad, especially when he/she has multiple players eligible.

    64 players compete in the olympics, and the first 56 of them qualify by ranking, the rest are given wild cards.-

    there only can be a max of four players by country in singles, and 6 in doubles.-

  5. All i know is there are only 4 players allowed for each country, so the top 4 players of a country will represent their respective countries...
