  1. Procedurally, the nation/s involved can raise the issue to the UN Security Council....  It is a fairly long tedious and laborious process....  I think by the time you get there, people would have come to blows already...

I have attached the "Rules of Procedure" link below...  crazy...

  2. It dosen't it just finds a way to make money off the situation ex oil for food.

  3. ????

    They don't.

  4. Through diplomacy, which consist of lots of talking and talking and talking. Unfortunately, while they are talking people are dying.

  5. They dont resolve anything, They make things worse. When you have countries that are in charge of the UN at different times, check what their human rights records  are.  Personally, I believe this group should be dissolved. it will never happen in my life but it should. They get more bennies by being on our soil and trying to dictate to us what we should do worldwide.

Time to dump this group. Unless you want a one world organization dictating what each country can do, get rid of them. We spend tons of money supporting this group and the have to answer to them a almost any action taken.

  6. The International Court of Justice resolves the disputes of the member countries of the United Nations.

  7. It doesn't.  There is not a single problem that the UN has ever solved in its entire history, although the Korean War was close.
