How the abolishment of the IEA Commission guidelines affect the Real Estate Agents?

With no guidelines for referral, there's little the agents can do except to haggle with their clients over the commission portions.. Will we see the end of Co-broking? If selling percentage is low, the selling agent may not want co-broking. Cheers..

The industry is constantly evolving.  We tend to resist every change. Then we get used to it.  It's amazing how similar our industry is to how it was in 1950. /
