How the applicant knows if she or he was granted visa by the british embassy?

Happy Holidays to everyone. Im here to ask inquiry about the above question, i was applied application for tourist visa last december 14 at the british embassy here in manila thats my first time and i dont know how to get in touch if i was grant a visa go to UK... do u have any idea? i appreciate it .
