  3. First off, I'll tell you that I'm no climatology expert-- but here's some of my basic knowledge that I've learned from some classes and the news. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

    I'm assuming the 'water' youre referring to in your question is precipitation. A hotter climate generally means a shorter winter. Thus, there is less time for snow to fall (which makes up a very large percentage of drinking water in many places). There is also an area by the equator called the Intertropical convergence zone that changes with season (ITCZ) where there is lotss of precipitation which gives rise to much of the rainforest situated around the equator. Changes in climate also affect the ITCZ.

    Also, a hotter climate can cause less rain to fall-- this leads to more desertification.
