How the **** did i put on FOUR pounds in one night?

sorry but its really pissed me off..its not like i had 14,000 calories. the most i had was about 3500 and did two hours of dancing to try and burn it off. oh and btw i weighed myself at about midday. some1 plez tel me wot going on!?

  1. water weight.  if your on a regular home scale dont even for one second think its accurate.  those suck.      


  2. The human body naturally weighs different amounts and different times of the day due to normal changes, this difference can be up to 2 pounds either way.

    Ideally you should always weigh yourself at the same time of day, this may explain some of the weight you appear to have gained.

    You should always weigh yourself on the same set of scales in the same place as well, for example if you weight yourself on a carpet this may give slightly false readings, try to weigh yourself on a hard floor of some kind.

    I'll bet when you weigh yourself next you've lost most of that weight that you appear to have gained.

  3. Ur body weight increases & decreases in a day, its natural. Basically it depends on the kinda food u intake & also the portions of it. A simple advise don't get on the weighing scale like 3 times a day. Do it just once a week, note it down & u'll know exactly if u have really gained or lost weight. best of luck to you....

  4. I gained 3 pounds over night i don't no how it happened either maybe just try and cut the foods down to 2500 - 3000 calories
