Im not talking about the mammel type mole but the gross skin pimple thing.

If you get skin cancer you get a mole - you have to have it cut off or the little phucker will kill you.....how the f does a brown lump the size of a pea kill a human being......I find this quite strange...Dont you?

  1. the suns harmful UV rays turn the mole cancerous - The moles attract sunlight because they are darker so they absorb the UV more than the rest of your skin.  A mole is made up of abnormal cells which create too much mellanoma.  Anyway the cancer spreads to other parts of the body like the organs - if a person dies of 'skin cancer' its not because the mole killed them it's because the cancer spread to vital organs etc - they just say that the person died of skin cancer because this was the primary cancer, they actually died of the secondary cancer ie the cancer that spread to the vital organs - they just say that they died of skin cancer because this is where the cancer originated - see what I mean?  if they catch it early the cancer is still contained in the mole - they cut the mole off and the surrounding tissue and the cancer is gone.

  2. basically too much sun causes cells to grow abnormally on your skin and cause a mole.......... this mole then as it is sticking out becomes more of a target to the sun, which makes more abnormal cells grow......cancer is basically a cell that has been damaged and so turns abnormal and then instead of multiplying slowly making new cells, they grow out of contorl and cause tumours!......... you have a lymphatic system in your body which is kinda the same as blood vessels but carries different materials, they drain the waste materials of the blood vessels eg. pus).....if a tumour is near on of these 'lymph glands' it can grow into it and as the material inside these are shot all over the body, the cancer cells can travel around in it............ say for example you have a tumour in your breast, the lymph glands here go from the breast n then onto the lungs, so if a bit was to get into the lymph at the site of the breast it can travel to the lung and stick to the walls of the cells and start multiplying there!, this is know as metasties (secondary cancer) ......and so if you have a mole thats spread the cancer to the lymph it could travel omto another major organ! hope you understand this! x

  3. Some moles can be cancerous. Which obviously can kill you. It doesn't matter the size of it. You don't get skin cancer then a mole. The moles lead to the cancer. But it all depends on the mole. Most are normal but some are gross and not normal so the doctors remove them to be on the safe side.

  4. Its only if the mole changes shape, colour or bleeds then it's a sign of skin cancer which can kill. If you find a mole that has any of these changes then go to your doc and they can remove it before it becomes life threatening. I keep my moles covered and check for any changes regularly. The ones on my back i get my bf to check for me.

  5. once the cancer reaches a certain stage, it sends cancerous cells throughout your body that can cause cancer elsewhere and kill you. malignant melanoma as the name suggests, is a particularly nasty, fast growing kind of cancer.

  6. ok, you understand the concept of moles becoming cancerous. Under conditions such as prolonged exposure to sunlight etc the mole can develop into skin cancer. If nothing is done about this, the very nature of cancer will result in it spreading through your body, potentially developing into secondary cancers (i.e. lung cancer etc) which will almost certainly kill you if not treated very quickly. In short, although it's not the mole itself which kills you, it would be the root cause of it.
