How the frick do i trick out my pics?? i mean FUNNY!?

I WANT TO add things to photoes like a fake cigar or crazy eyes or glitter u know c**p like that. i DONT mean stuff like making it all brightly colored and stuff. non a tht. THANKS

Well, the only way i can think of is (if you dont already have one) make a Facebook account and then add Picnik. Then open the app. and click get from computer. Click that and select a pic you want. Then when it shows up double click it, your redirected to Edit. Then click the create button right beside the Edit button. Then click shapes, and go nuts! :] You can also add text and frames. Then when your done adding stuff to your pic save it. Then go to the pic where ever you saved it. Either on facebook or where ever you put it and then save it to your comp. And VOILA! A funky pic.
