First off, where do you put it?

I put it on that little whiteish strip of skin-lookin stuff thats attached to your eyelashes (the part you have to pull on your lashes to see?).

Second, every time I put it there I cry and it you cant see it in certin areas (cause of the water from my tears). Even when I dont cry its still liquidy like that, wierd, right?!

So,

A: Am I putting it in the right spot?

B: How do you make it so it goes on without mixing with the water from your eye?

Thankss :]

  2. hahah it's called your waterline (:

it probably means that you should change your eyeliner if it's not staying on your water line, but generally pencil is better on your waterline. Revlon ColorStay has a really nice liquid liner for your waterline, HIP's cream liner and MAC's fluidline are generally better since they're pretty much waterproof.

  3. I wouldn't put it on the waterline, the part that is attached to the lashes. I only put it on the lash line above the water line. That's probably your problem. I also wouldn't apply it only to the bottom, if you only apply it to one lid if should be the top. This is how it should be applied: http://www.facemaker.ca/whitekathweb.jpg

  4. control your hand, and make sure you apply it slowly so that it doesn't get bumpy looking. :) I would suggest pencil :D

  5. well liquid liner isn't meant for the bottom, use pencil liner for the bottom,

    to put liquid liner at the top;

    1st put on some mascara

2nd draw a line from inner corner to outer corner of the top of your eye lid following your eyelashes.

3rd if you messed up a little grab a q-tip/cotton swab and just fix the messed up area.

  6. most people apply liquid eyeliner on the top.

  7. wow in all my years of putting makeup on other people i have never ever heard of liquid eye liner and if your crying you don't need to keep putting it on your face also mabe you should try shaking it before useing it and mabe its to be put on your cheeks for color!

         best of luck

  8. you're not suppose to put it on the bottom.

and if you put it on top make sure it's dry before you open your eye all the way or else you'll have a nice line of it on your eye lid.

  9. lol...u put it right above ur lashes on the top part...very thinly and u rub it into the lashes a little....and when u line the bottom, what ur doing is called waterlining...u want to put pencil liner there not liquid liner...for liquid liner u only line the top lash for day (for night u can like both top and bottom but its not recommended for eyes that are a bit smaller but u do not waterline with liquid)...u use pencil for hte bottom and u can waterline like u did, or u can line below the lashes like right below and also into the lashes a little bit and very thin...if u cant make it thin...what u do is take a q-tip and get some make up remover and lightly dab it in it make sure its not dripping or too saturated...and ujust erase the excess...only putting it on the bottom drags the eye down and make the eye droopy looking...when u like also...always do it on the outer side of the lash.

here are tutorial videos i found that are really great for  liner...except for the liquid first video...for a more natural eye u dont wing it out as much and u  make it a thinner line if u do not have an asian eyes (wing out= extend it out past the lashes in make up terms)

  10. Yes it is best used on the top eye lid only.Or if you have a steady hand put it along where the lashes themselves are

  11. You use liquid eyeliner by putting it on the upper lashes. You put it right where the eyelashes come on your eye lid.

    Here is a good tutorial.
