How the h**l do i get like a team symbol to be my picture?

i saw someone witha team symbol as their picture and i want to know how to do that anyone?

Copy the symbol from another webpage. Then upload it to your 360 profile and make it your main photo on your 360 profile. (Copying and using the symbol is illegal by the way, but that's on you.)

Then, on your YA profile page, click "edit my profile" and select the option that says, Use my 360 photo as my YA profile photo (it says something like that).
