How the h**l do you get rid of love handles?!!!?

anyone have any effective exercises to get rid of the fat round your hips?? oh and if you have exercises to get rid of butt fat too please =]

  1. Your love handles and your butt can only be dealt with by making some changes to your lifestyle.  Do not go for any so called diet plans or strange eating plans, not if you don't want to waste time and money.

    You cannot target fat (except by surgery).  It doesn't matter what exercise you do, that fat will only go when you've reduced your overall body fat levels enough that your body decides to metabolise it.

    I'd suggest that you start with what you are eating because you cannot out exercise a poor diet.  The link below is what I recommend to my members because it is proven to be effective.


  2. I would try yoga and meditation. Then progress to belly & Hula dancing.  Have fun!!!

  3. best way is running...literally burns everypart of ur body...u can look up some cardio that targets specific points on ur body to lose fat, in terms of love handles, meaning like arm fat if thats what u mean, best way is to take up martial arts...running n doing some quick punching n kicking rlly works out whole body

  4. If this question gets an answer, you'll make millions of women happy. Truly, there's no way to get rid of love handles. They go away if you lose enough weight. As for fat on your tush.... that I can't help with.

  6. The secret to this one is basketball. Play basketball baby....the running and constantly changing directions and twisting will shave it right down.

    There are no simple exercises you can do for this. It takes hard work.

    Do you remember the basketball drills where you run to the foul line, bend over and touch it, then run back to the first line and bend over and touch the ground then run to the half court and bend over and touch that mark ect.ect. Do that drill every night and you'll thank me in a month.

  7. ok, exercise is the best way overall, but if u want to lose weight & lose it fast try this, its a gud way to lose 3-5kgs in 7 days.

    day 1 - only fruits (avoid bananas & milk)

    day 2 - only veggies (avoid any kinda oil or fat)

    day 3 - mix of fruit & veggies (avoid any kinda oil or fat or bananas & milk)

    day 4 - only bananas & milk nothing else

    day 5 - u feast on a cup of rice & six tomatoes & 12 glasses of water

    day 6 - only veggies & 1cup of rice

    day 7 - 1 cup rice, fruit juice and the vegetables you care to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be 3-5 Kgs lighter than 1 week ago.

    Things to remember & (strictly) follow during the seven day program:

    •No smoking or drinking during this period

    •Drink a lot of water during the diet period (minimum of 8 to 10 glasses per day)

    •Strictly no oily food or in-between junk food during the diet period

    •No tea or coffee during these 7days with milk or sugar, if required u can have a cup a day of black tea or coffee

    •No sweet food during the diet period

    •Any cooking done needs to have less salt, less oil but can have condiments to make the food taste better

    • Do not continue this diet after seven days. This can be done only once in 3months.

    •Trust in your diet, it will show you the difference
