I've had it! Everytime I Try to lose weight, I gain instead! I need a 4-days-a-week routine that will make me get a flat stomach (+ perhaps shed a few pounds)! I'm normal but I have stomach fat.I'm 5'5 - 5'6 and I weigh between 121-125 pounds. Pls give me some steps or hints !No links to stupid websites; and don't tell me to change my eating habits.
