How the h**l does a girl lose stomach fat @ 14??

I've had it! Everytime I Try to lose weight, I gain instead! I need a 4-days-a-week routine that will make me get a flat stomach (+ perhaps shed a few pounds)!

I'm normal but I have stomach fat.

I'm 5'5 - 5'6 and I weigh between 121-125 pounds.

Pls give me some steps or hints !

No links to stupid websites; and don't tell me to change my eating habits. I just need strict excersise routines to do a few times a week!

  1. Hoola hoops, 30 mins per session at least once a day. The more the better. Belly dancing is good too.


  2. To lose weight you HAVE to maintain healthy eating habits. So, if you already have that, forget that part. You HAVE to jog every morning at 5:30. DON"T stop to take a rest. Jog around your whole neighborhood/street.

    .

    treadmill, exercise bike, running, swimming, etc.   as much as you can handle.

    You can't control where your body will burn the fat.

    There is no specific exercise that will burn stomach fat

  4. i kind of have the same problem as you, and i found that swimming helped a lot with stomach fat andd going for jogs about a mile and a half everyday.good luckk i hope i helped.

  5. What I do is...

    put on my ipod or music on my computer and do crunches to at least 3 songs continuously, you will feel the burn and see results in about 3-4 days.  Also if you go for a jog now and then it helps all over in making your muscles stronger and turning fat into muscle.  Also stay hydrated its just a good thing to do no matter what.

    when doing your crunches, use on song for regular crunches, then the other 2 to alternate to each of your knees. This helps on your sides and the regular crunches work to get your stomach flat, but working your sides also helps to.
