How the machine or robot can affect us in our daily activities as what d film i robot? plzz help me?

artificial inteligence is something that people always dream of, and is always being worked on, but is currently not even close to reality. robots like in the movie i-robot is long away, and as nice as those robots would be its unlikly they would be used in such a way, they would be used more as a repair system for humans, like how they rebuilt will smiths arm in the movie, more advanced prostetics is more likely, if we live long enough im sure we will actually have robots like that, but at that point we would have the technology to prevent any anomolys that would enable the robots to do anything other than what they were programed to do.

As far as I know  ,some special robots  have been developed to do some work  which  the human cannot  do , like the volcano robot can decend to the   lower inside  of the volcano  and  assemble some  sample of  the rocks    for research. and fire-fighting  robot can  climb the wall to go to the orign of the fire and save people . Most of the present robot  is not intelligent  as  in the film.
