Physical examination  by doctors can reveal if the man had any sexual experience or not . whether by marriage or otherwise .Ohter wise it is not possible to find out for sure .though experienced people who interact with a person for some reasonable time can to some extent judge it .

I can't believe in this day and age people would answer this question with no place of reference at all. If you want to know call the state government your located, they can direct you to the department that handle licensing. If the person is divorced or going through a divorce you can find that information through the court systems state of course.

For the ladies' just because a man does or does not wear a ring that you covet as an indication of whether he is married are not is not a true or even close to true indication if someone is married. I am married and I have a ring, I don't wear it because like a lot of guys I don't like to wear jewelry. Most of you don't  know where this tradition of rings comes from much less should you be commenting on rings.

I hate to be so harsh with the ladies but I get accosted by the likes of women who have the nerve to say something to me because I am not wearing a ring.  Let's not get so trivial about the small things, lets embrace life and stop being judgmental one another. Life is too short, this is not dress rehearsal.

ususally marriages,deaths and birth are used to  be registered in India..so u can  contact the respected office and bribe the clerk..   ( this way indian govt offices work) and get th e details about the person..

in case of ladies its very simple..to  judge whether she ismarried or not..as the bloom which comes up  over thier face..after marriage..even  some develop some strage kind of attraction..after marriage...

in case of males...its very hard to  judge physically..as per indian scenario.....

ask within a friend circle..or do  take help from local investigation agency..
