  1. It depends on the monarchy - the people in the U.K. are treated much better by their government than, for comparison, those in Saudi Arabia.

Overall, though, I don't know that whether the country is a monarchy has that much of an effect on treatment of citizens.  Economic status, religion, and cultural issues seem to have significantly greater relation than monarchical status.

  2. however the monarch wants

  3. I'm sorry, but your question makes no sense. What do you mean? Do you mean "How are the common people treated in a Monarchy?"

Well, for today's Monarchy, the sovereign must listen to the people,as many monarchies today are Constitutional Monarchies, which requires that the sovereign work with an elected government of the people. The Monarch must do what is best for the government and the people.

  4. The mighty Vikings dominated the society though they never had a King. But after sometime they elected a King over them & his line extends till today among the Noorwegen Royalties though some may have mixed with foreign bloods like French & Jewish. But still a Royal Blood is a Royal one.

People in Monarchy time were torchered heavily by tax collectors & the woman at that time didn't have the same position as they have today.
