last month same person call me to my cell phone and offer me send some information about some vacation plan to orlando florida for just $ 1.95 for the mail . Is I like the plan good is dont cancel. when I recibe the letter Idont like it and call for cancel. but after a coples weeks in my banck acc number they charge me $59.95 for nothing I used.

HUH?  That sentence makes zero sense.

I would contact your bank.  tell them what happened and ask them why they let someone take money out of your account without your permission.

You report to the Police. They will be able to start something. Then if they don't want to move it along then call the fbi or cia. They can find out something.

They probably just called from alist of numbers... randomly. Did you pay the $1.95 up front? Its scary how easily people are pulling this stuff off..
