How they make vinyl sticker?

I just love the way vinyl is used on wall. what kind of machine and type of vinyl sticker do we need to make this type of vinyl sticker?

You normally have a sheet of vinyl and then you put it through a glue applicator and add a plastic layer or paper layer that can be pulled off. I have seen on dstv that they have plain vinyl with glue and then print on it. So then you would just need a printer. That was on wheeler dealers where they covered a VW bus in a vinyl sticker. So ask Ed China from discovery. Top Gear on BBC also had him on.
