  1. Yes, that makes lots of sense.  Lose it on purpose. Why TRY to win the world drivers championship?!

  2. I don't understand why anyone would do that... It was harder for Alonso to win the championship... so why ask Lewis to back down when it was even harder to get his teammate to win...

Conspiracy theories may go round, but this one is even worse than most... just because Lewis was still only 2 places off winning... so 2 retirements ahead could've won it for Lewis... retiring him or creating an issue within the car that was terminal (not the gear selection problem at the start.. that happens from time to time) would've been definite...

Like Cavallino said... Felipe Massa was the only one told to get out of the way that day

  3. I can't imagine it, what would be the point of that ?

  4. The only one who was probably 'told' to lose that day was Ferrari's Felipe Massa.

  5. WHAT!!!!!!!!! are you mad, that boy has winner running through his veins ,has he not disobeyed orders before,i think he did last season.

  6. yes i do i think the team wanted to bring him in late but he'll win it this year

    HAMILTON 2K8

  7. You need to elaborate on your theory because it doesn't seem logical. Who would tell him to not win? What motive would they have?

It's possible that Ferrari told him not to win though. ;-)

  8. No way. Why would he be told not to win? He obviously wanted to win it and nothing would stop him. And if Ron D told him not to, it won't make any sense. McLaren have not won a world title since 1999 with Mika Hakkinen. So of course they'd want to win it.

  9. No, not possible. And that's silly anyway, because he wouldn't listen to that!
