It's for a 10 year old who's turning 11 and she wants a phone bad and read the details and make sure they are appropriate for a 11 year old

It's called EMERGENCIES.

I got my first cellphone at 9 or 10. I used it for emergencies and occasionally friends so I think 11 year olds SHOULD own cellaphones.

Anyway, see what kind of phones she wants. Or sneak her into telling you. You should make the phone have features like camera, games, and music. Whatever she likes.

get her a simple one from verizon or whatever service your with. I got my first cell in 5th grade so i was about 10 or 11.
