  1. Advertisement in yahoo answer is not allowed you can post URL in the resources provided that the URL are related to your answer.

  2. You cannot advertise in Y/A.  It's considered spam and is not allowed.  You will be deleted and lose your account.  Better to advertise in a legitimate site set up for such things.

    From community guidelines:

    Exploiting the community.

Yahoo! Answers is a place to gain knowledge, not customers, page views, or dates. If you have years of experience in something, have a special hobby, own your own business, or if you are a knowledge partner, it's OK to accompany a good, on-topic answer with a link to your website, blog, or email to offer more information. However, it is not OK to post links that are unrelated to the topic or are clearly meant only to solicit others for personal and financial gain. Also prohibited are solicitations like "Will you add me as a contact?" or propositioning people.

  3. Sorry not possible .. but you can do one thing. answere the questions in family and other category related to your business and add your link in your post`s signature.

  4. Yes you can advertise here. Hire a person that will answering the questions of your category.

Submit your link in signatures and in your answers. If your answers are great you will be receiving a good traffic. This will also give you the back links.
