How to Backflip on a Trampoline?

I've always wanted to try this out. But I've never known how to do it?!

  2. legs over your head...if you go off to the side your going to hurt yourself....you have to put your legs right over your head

  3. Many people assume that learning a skill on a trampoline will keep them from getting hurt. Not true! If you go up, flip halfway over, and land on your neck wrong you can paralyze yourself. (Not saying you yourself make that assumption, but I always feel I have to put that information out there just to be safe.)

    Please get a qualified spotter to assist you, though, when you do decide it's time to go for the actual flip.

  5. Ok. You start with a trampoline... and flip backwards.

    Seriously, you can't just do it straight away. It takes a bit of practice. Try leaning back so that you're in a back arch and jump a bit to kick your legs over.

    That's a basic backflip with hands which should be important to know how to do for for safety reasons. Now jump high arch your back a bit and bring your legs into a tuck.
