Question:

How to Clean Dog Droppings off Shoes?

I was in the yard filling some of our bird feeders, and I accidently stepped in some dog droppings. I'm usually pretty careful, but now that we have three dogs, it's getting hard to avoid stepping in their p**p. Our doggie-poo pick up service is coming tomorow though, thankfully. I think I will schedule them to come every other day from now on. Anyway, I tried to wipe it off my shoes onto the grass, but I was unable to get it all off. I thought I got it all off, but I noticed a considerable amount has dried on my shoes. I wiped off as much as possible with an dish rag, but I can't get it all out of the crevices. I tried a carpet brush too, but there is stil some there. I've tossed my shoes outside and have washed my hands like crazy. But, I need to get it off my shoes. Any ideas? It just doesn't want to come off! Do you think a toothbrush might work? I did use a carpet brush, and that did very little.

  1. Get a toothpick and just pick out the big chunks of it.

Than just hose of the rest and scrub.
