How to Dance at a club?

I'm going to a club tomorrow with some friends and a friend wants to me to dance with her. Of course I don't exactly know how to dance and I would prefer not to make a complete fool of myself. Could someone please help me out? The music will be mostly House music (techno).

get on the dance floor close your eyes listen to the music and just let the rhythm take over your actions

when youre at the club, youll see other men grinding on girls too and youll see how they do it and then youll be able to do it yourself when you see someone do it.
