How to De-fog pedal vehicles windscreens

the windscreens on our pedal vehicles is plastic and when we have to ride at night it fog's up and we need some idea's on how to De-fog it

There are some products used by skiers and snowmobiliers for goggles, might be worth a try.

You can use "Rain-X" anit-fog.  It is a great product.  I use it on my

motorcycle windshield.
