How to Download a Yu Gi Oh Gameboy Advance Rom?

I need to know how to download a Yu Gi Oh Gameboy Advance Rom. My son loves Yu Gi Oh and has a Gameboy Advance emulator. He use to be content just to play witht he cards. Now with all the technology, he is wanting more and more. Isn't that just like kids!?! lol Anyway, if someone could tell me how to do this, I would be very grateful.
