So for a long time I have been wondering how to edit a picture like this..

Lets say the photo is black and white while like they eye is still its color (ex. Blue) . That might confusing but I was wondering if there is a program or way to keep a single item in a photo color while the rest is black and white.

Go to Picnik.com. Then go to black and white, and you should see a paintbrush, and you can just paint all of the parts you want black and white, and the rest in colour.
