How to Greet/Call ?

your an apprentice to the job. How should you greet a baker to show respect if you want to avoid calling their name?

for example if you greet your fellow co-workers when you pass by them you might say "hey bro" or your manager "hi manager"

  1. you can always use the formal last name.

    like Mr. Smith or Mrs. Jones.


  2. You should always stick with "sir" or "Ma'am" when you are addressing someone respectfully.  Do that until they direct you to call them something else.

  4. Saying Sir or M'am instead of a person's name is a very good way of showing respect to someone.

    For example, you good greet a fellow co-worker with a nice casual greeting like you already mentioned, "Hey, bro."  If the co-worker is older than you, you would be better of saying, "Good morning, friend."  If you want to greet your manager, "Good morning, sir [or m'am]" is always nice.  Add your beautiful smile to your words, and what you say will be elevated to greater heights.
