go to command prompt (start menu>run>cmd)

type this

netstat -a

check if any IP listed has port 58343, 5110,58641

this is the port that prorat uses, block this port using your firewall.(router as well)

get angry ip scanner , put your IP in that and self scan all your open ports. If you find port 58343 , 5110,58641

if you have any port open just check from here what type it is
