I just started exercising lately and I've been doing 100 Push up's, 100 up's, and 100 squats. I also bike 6 miles a day 3 times a week and i run about 10 minutes on my treadmill at least every other day. Is there anything else I could do to boost up and not get any injuries?

  1. dude, ur doing too much, you should try to set out a more planned program where you can still get the same benefits. for your speed, i'd say do sprints like 100m, 200m etc, these will build your speed and it is proven to also to improve endurance. therefore once in a while go for a long run just to see where ur at. for your power, hit the gym. 100 pushups will only build your muscular endurance you need to do more low reps and high weights to build power. and most importantly, you should set out your training where you get atleast 1 days rest per week. gym sessions should have a day inbetween for rest also and for the muscle to repair.

  2. Don't work your self out to hard or you will hurt yourself. Have one  day be an easy day and go slow or minimize what you do for that day. You also need to do a recovery after you finish with you workout so you a create to much lactic acids (this could effect).(this is why you do a recovery:

    helps your heart rate and breathing to return towards normal gradually;

    helps avoid fainting or dizziness, which can result from blood pooling in the large muscles of the legs when vigorous activity is stopped suddenly;

    helps prepare your muscles for the next exercise session, whether it's the next day or in a few days' time; and

    helps to remove waste products from your muscles, such as lactic acid, which can build up during vigorous activity.)

    You should also do a warm up- then stretch-then you can start your work out.

    Well good luck
