How to I go about researching jury verdict settlements for this case?

I have a pending settlement case with my lawyer from Bausch and Lomb from a sever eye ulcer I got from using Renu Solution back in 2005 and was wondering how to abtaing information on what other plaintifs have received from this. I was out of work for months in sever pain and left with corneal scarring. Any suggestion on how to research this?

google? That's how I learned about my issues with a cell phone company and I ended up suing them just like the other cases. Hired an attorney and won. so google it is. lol

ok, well I looked, and the only thing I came up with is saying that they will award people as much as $100.00 each. I don't know if your attorney has an idea of a price he thinks he can get, but usually your attorney will tell you how much he thinks your case is worth.

In my accident case with my attorney it took over 9 months to find out how much he thinks it's worth. So if your attorney isn't ready to settle the case, then it's not time. Just give it time. and be patient. :)
