How to I make my own t shirts like sew them together?

Ok I have a Silk Screen and I want to be able to make my own tshirts to put my designs on instead of having to buy the tshirts any ideas.

You can buy them much cheaper than you can make them.

You need a good pattern (not a home sewing pattern -- those are not licensed to make items for sale), fabric (jersey and ribbing), thread, scissors, a serger with coverstitch, and some sewing lessons.

You won't be able to make a t-shirt for the price of a mass-produced blank, so if you're thinking about anything close to a standard t-shirt, just buy good quality standard t-shirts.  e.g.:

If you want to make t-shirts for your own use, pick one of the KwikSew or Jalie t-shirt patterns ( http://www.kwiksew.com or http://www.jalie.com) and sign up for sewing lessons.  If you're making for your own use, you can skip the coverstitching and use double needle hems.

If you have an image that you want to put on a shirt, and if you only want to have one shirt, visit you local printing shop and ask if the can print stuff on tshirts.
