How to I make myself feel better tomorrow at Disneyland?

I am going to Disneyland, and I went around a month or 3 weeks ago. I LOVE Disneyland more than anything (almost), but last time I went I felt sick. I never felt sick earlier that day, but I got a stomach ache and was afraid to go on every ride. I had to go home early because I was so scared that I would get sick on the rides. How do I make myself feel better about going, and ensure myself that nothing will happen? Thank you.

  1. take an anti emetic such as dramamine, bonine, or wear sea bands

    all these are available over the counter in most drugstores

    also, ginger is known as a natural stomach soother  


  2. drink  vitamin c , in your purse take tums ,headache medicine , some of the rides are cold and can make you sick if they get stuck  

  3. Eat before you leaving home. Don't eat just before the rides. Try small meals instead of big ones should help your stomach feels better. Also maybe the weather as well cold and hot in so. cal is pretty normal, bring a light sweater with you if you can. Make sure drink tons of water during the day.

    I go to disneyland every weekend just relax and enjoy the day you should be fine. if you happen to feel not well that day, you don't have to push yourself to get on the rides, take some kiddie rides they are fun too!! Have fun ;)

  4. look at the SAFE and unharmed people at the exit. remember that if there was an unsafe ride or risk of getting hurt on any ride they would shut it down. dont worry
