How to I make yahoo my start page?

changing it under the tools menu doesn't work. It's as if MSN has hijacked my computer, and no matter what I try, I'm redirected to MSN

go to tools --> internet options--> enter the address on the Home Page area

i can only tell you how to do it on a mac.  go to safari(or any other internet source) once safari is running click the word safari at the top left hand corner of the screen. go down to preferences then to homepage once there just type in what you want your homepage to be, then click ok.  NOTE-i used safari as an example you could be using explorer or firefox etc. but these directions may only work for macintosh computers. i'm not sure
