How to I remove someones face in Photoshop CS2?

Question

I want the face to be blank with no mouth, nose, eyes, etc.

Try smudging and blurring.

The easiest is using the eraser tool but for better results use the masking tool. Find tutorials on-line, there are many like this one,

I think you should use the clone tool, and you would need to clone from like the cheek area or the forehead.  You could get all the features out of the way, and then you may even need to blend it even more with the healing band aid tool.
