How to I teach others?

I am reading this interesting book "Think and grow rich" and I want to teach it to others. What is the effective way to teach?

By telling stories and examples?

Or simply telling them main points & facts from the book?

Being a student myself, i have found that the best way of teaching (and learning for that matter) is through student interaction. No lectures, stories, or examples. Just get the class involved and they will learn it twice as fast.

Create a game if possible. Read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. It's a book and they do teach some possible methods.
